Need help

I just turned 29 and it's very hard for me to get motivated to loose weight I'm looking to loose 55+ lbs I want to be able to play with my 4 girls and walk up stairs with out looking my breath I'm 255lbs wrk full time 3rds just need some motivation

    We can't make you want to do this. If you are really not interested then there is nothing we can say.

    On the other hand, if you really do want this, then it sounds like you have your motivation already, you want to play with your kids and be healthy.

    We can say any number of encouraging things, but most of the work is going to be on you, and if your heart's not in it, then our words mean nothing.

    Maybe a workout buddy?
    I set a goal at the end of last summer to run a 5k and 10k last Jan and after signing up and paying my money I was committed so I knew I had to train. Had to make myself run on the days I didn't want to. Maybe setting a goal like that would help you.

    And its not the lack of motivation i guess it's more of trying to find a healthy routine for a 3rd shifter
