if you have troubles with digestion try a probiotic :) they work great. i take ones with 4 billion live cultures but you can get ones with even 10 billion

I have a very addictive personality, so in order to see changes in my weight I absolutely have to stay away from sweets and junk food. if you shop at Aldi's, their frozen vegetables are $0.95 a bag and you can find bags of apples or oranges or anything really all for under $2.00 or $3.00! I can fill my entire fridge for $50 there! Amazing place.

a large portion of my weight is muscle already, i dont really care if i lose some of both..i just want the fat gone!

Thanks for the input! Changing the way you eat every day is very hard and stressful enough for me, i feel like i should stick to the diet first and then incorporate more exercise. I always quit because i feel like its all or nothing so im trying to change up my approach this time :)

Hmm makes sense! Yes I felt full by the apple when I was finished but i was STARVING 10 mins later..so annoying. My husband is hypoglycemic and if he has fruit it makes him 10x hungrier because of all of the sugar in the fruit. He's the same with dessert, if he has a full meal and a piece of pie, he'll be hungry less than…
