Is it worth the stress or time? I mean in a way you should probably eat those fruits and veggies even if you don't have the cals left for the day.. right?
I believe I have developed some sort of sugar imbalance issue over the past couple of years so it sort of makes sense why eating an apple for a snack causes me to have to eat an entire meal 10 mins later.. just wondering if anyone else deals with this problem?
Anyone ever find a reason we usually weigh less on Wednesdays? Does anyone here usually wait until Wednesdays to weigh in for the week?
