Avocados are quite expensive but they are definitely a treat. When made this it came to under 250 calories which is always a bonus!! Hope those of you that try this enjoy!!

Definitely healthy eating. I find that when diets stop all the old bad habits come back. At least with healthy eating it's not as strict and your able to have the odd cheat day which won't leave you feeling crappy afterwards !

Hi, I'm a yo yo dieter too. I eat healthy and exercise for a whole and then it mostly all goes out the window. I've now changed my mindset to remind myself it's not about a healthy diet it's about a healthy lifestyle. Keeps me focused!!
