I think baked chips for a salt/crisp craving are as satisfying as fresh fruit for a sweet tooth :\ . I am focusing on limiting instead. We are on a dedicated route that lasts about a week. One thing of chips per route is OK. One thing of chips per day is NOT OK.

Chips for me. If I buy them, I eat the whole package. It is the salt + crisp that I crave. The best nutritionally that I've found at truck stops so far are either the short pringles can or fake chips like apple chips. Apple chips don't satisfy though.
