Firstly, the idea of a vegan being this health conscious, absolute God is the biggest load of BS! Despite this image most of them try to portray of themselves! Secondly, you don't need to pick between "vegan" and high protein diets to lose weight or body fat! Have a mixture. Healthy proteins (lean meats), the right amount…

Recently got a FT4 and was surprised how good it was. The chest strap is comfy and the watch is relatively trendy. Also, most of treadmills will automatically detect your HR because of the strap, so there is no need to keep looking down at your watch. Very cheap and polar are a reliable brand!

Down 72KG. It's hard to comprehend that I was that bit but hopefully it can motivate others into believing they can achieve great results.

MFP is a great app! Monitoring the calorie in put is a great method to help the weight drop. Of course, calories aren't everything but a structured diet along with a healthy amount of exercises, results will come! Good luck

Hamstrings might be a little too tight. If you aren't too confident on your deadlifts, you could always do stiffed leg deadlifts rather than the traditional form.

Hi That's ok. How you finding it? I'm noticing a drop in body fat and my appearance changing after 5 weeks. Not too fussed on my weight but have dropped 3-4kg. If you can gain strength and loss weight, then that's a massive success itself. Pretty decide guide and the lads are spot on with advice around the clock.
