Hi mcmanusjaime, I recently started bikram yoga and use to dance (ballet/jazz/street jazz etc). Trying to get 'dance fit' again but need to shed a few extra kg I'm carrying (6kg). Exercise wise I'm doing three classes of bikram a week and one dance pilates class. When the weather improves I intend to cycle at least once a week. Any tips on improving my fitness fast would be great. I'm really keen to get my core and quads strong. In addition, my right gastrocnemius muscles are much tighter than my left which means I'm quite unbalanced. Any advice on stretching that out to length would be wonderful! Thanks!0
