SAME HERE! Kind of frustrating. All the girls who are the same height & weight as me in those pics look so much thinner than I do. Grr.

Does anyone monitor how many calories they burn during these exercises? I know it would be different for everyone because of height, weight, & how much your moving but I'm just curious for a general idea on how much people are burning in this 20 minutes.

I drink a protein shake for my breakfast. I add milk, banana, & a tablespoon of peanut butter. The calories in my drink add up to 350. It's delicious, good source of protein, & plenty of calories.

I'm 23 years old & 5'7". My starting weight was 185lbs. Currently I'm 156. My goal weight is 140-145lbs. I just eat at my calorie deficit & do some cardio & weights during the week.

Uhmmm... WOOWWWW!! You look awesome! So gorgeous. It's amazing what our bodies can do, huh. My starting weight was 193lbs. I'm currently at 156lbs & trying to get to 140lbs. I'm 5'7". You've been so inspirational! :smiley:

I, too, love when my step rhythm matches the music. I started out only being able to run a couple minutes before having to walk. I now run for half an hour before I have to stop. I get really bored with it too but hey, it's affective :smile:

Then this is the dvd for you. I run (without stopping) on the treadmill for 30 minutes at 5.0 BUT... I sweat more & have heavier breathing doing this dvd! I love it. Quick & super effective. After the 1st day it hurt to walk up my stairs :neutral_face:

Weight on the scale started immediately. I didn't really start noticing it with my body until after about 25lbs.

Oh no, definitely thanks for your input! With my body type I'd also look like death under about 135. Lol. Yeah I think 145lbs will be good for me. I'm not too far from it! So excited. I just need a good boost! I have starting lifting about 2 days a week. I love it! Just so sick of the belly! Blahhh :neutral_face:

That was super helpful! Thank you very much! I weigh 157 right now, trying to reach 145. I started at 185. My weight loss has slowed a lot so I bought the 30 day shred dvd & I'm starting it today. I wanted to see how many inches in 30 days with the dvd.

I also have the Implanon implant. I love it. Mine comes out this October & I'm getting it again. Hasn't affected my weight whatsoever. It's very convenient to have. I used to be on the pill & it gave me headaches :neutral_face: Maybe look into this OP.

Okay, thank you! I'm on my last 13lbs to lose & am struggling big time. I thought trying her dvd may help since, according to what I read, it's a quick 20-30 minute intense workout that you do everyday.

I think it's different for everyone. I've lost 27lbs so far. It took about 20-25 for people to notice. At around 20lbs is when my clothes started to loosen up. Hang in there. Keep losing, it will happen.

I can't reccomend any personally because I don't take them. However, I don't think they're the devil. Try taking some & see what you think. I like to do more natural things. I drink a hot tea by Yogi. It's called Slim Life. Maybe try something like that. I've lost 27lbs since December. (Not just because of my tea) A…

Sounds like you're doing a great job. Just keep up your calorie deficit. Try & get in some more cardio. It's certainly not essential to your weight loss but it gets you there quicker :smile:
