For me it was all about having a plan in place for an extended amount of time! I follow a workout schedule and have a pretty basic meal plan. What type of workouts do you like doing?

anything with good music seems to keep my kids occupied! they eaither try to do it with me (ill lay out a towel as their "mat" lol or ill put them in a pack n play! how old are your kids?
