I had the same thing like waiting to check out at Costco line. If I got moving and walking I was ok. Now that I've lost weight it has subsided tremendously and everything hurts less. Keep moving!

Too short a period of time and small sampling weight. Stick to your plan. I'm sure somebody will mention TOM. Let this be a motivator to keep pressing on.

I am a 62 YO widower and set my first goal last summer at 100#. I've lost 80 still obese on the BMI and probably have another 50+ to go to get to thin. I have gone to a whole food plant based lifestyle and I am feeling great. The best is yet to come.

I made 1/4 cup steel cut oats in my pressure cooker this morning 4 minutes in 1 cup almond milk. After cooking added 2 T ground flax, scoop of chocolate protien , 70 g of frozen blueberries and a little water. It was yum in a bowl.

I put some EVOO in a spray bottle and weighed out 5 sprays as 1 gram. Not the same as what you are using but you get the drift. 1 gram is 9 calories

I'm excited for the new year. Last week my cardiologist cleared me to work out as I've only been walking. Happy with my meal plan. 62 now. Want to make 60 the new 40

At 6'2 my ideal weight (185) is 76 pounds away but I can't deal with that yet. I set a 100 pound loss goal first. Lost 64 so far with 36 to go.

Try to start with eliminating chicken, pork and beef. You can work on reducing or eliminating dairy and eggs and seafood later. I found once I did it the more and more I loathed what meat and saturated fat did to me. Be watchful of starches like bread, grains rice potatoes and fats even though plant based can make you fat.…
