This is so me , to avoid doing this I drink a lot of water.....A lot a lot !! Then I'd be too full from the water I couldn't even think about food lol

Recheck your info that you put in. Do you have a food scale ? You may be overeating and didn't realize it.

When I first started I didn't start losing until about 3 weeks into it, but when it starts to drop , it drops!

I just got done thinking about chipotle... Then I was like hey I can make a healthy version of a burrito bowl at home... But sometimes I find myself missing it but when I eat it, it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth now

My most recent NSV was this morning. I tried on some pants that I wasn't able to pull up around my belly last month. Guess who got into those pants this morning?! I did!

Try making it at home . I love Chinese food as well. I made some orange chicken from a recipe I got from pintrest and it was delicious, really sastisfied my cravings.

Cheer up! I'm feeling the same way. I just stepped on the scale to see that I've went up a pound! Seems like I'm doing everything right. It takes time. Just keep pushing (Advice to myself as well)

I made chicken and cabbage. I didn't season the chicken that much because I was trying to do the right thing and not over season it. So it was blande and gross!
