Agree. The new add system is clunky and not user friendly. Also can't turn phone on side to get running totals of macros anymore.

Yup!. It was right on the money.I marked what I was supposed to weigh by Valentines day. I stuck to my calorie and modest work out and met the projected weight loss. It definitely has motivated me to keep going! Mark it on your calendar and aim for that goal

Grilled tuna for dinner last night. 34 grams of protein in 5 oz. Added some steamed veggies and you are set!

I use some soft tofu. I add a little minced celery and dried onions flakes and a dash of pepper. It has a nice texture and adds protein. I put this on top of a salad and dont even need to use salad dressing.

So we made the recipe tonight and it turned about better than I expected. The crust really held up nicely even with sauce, cheese, and mushroom toppings. The parchment really allowed it to crisp up. My husband, an Italian from North Jersey even enjoyed it. We will definitely make this again and recommend this recipe.

Thanks again for the recipe. We are looking forward to trying it tonight. Will let you know how it turns out. Looking forward to getting back into a healthier lifestyle in 2015. I already have more energy after just once week of tracking food and being more cognizant of what I am eating.

Wow! Thanks for all the great responses. This site is awesome. I don't think any food is bad when eaten in moderation. I just wanted to try cauliflower crust because it sounded interesting and I like cauliflower. I thought this would be a great way to incorporate more vegetables into my diet. Carbs are not bad, i just…
