Hi I went through the menopause 2yrs ago at 27. Cutting a long story short, for 6yrs the doc said I was depressed until my period finally stopped. In this time my weight gradually increased. Hi, I'm on meds and find it really difficult to lose. All u can do is stick to the daily cals and exercise as much as your able and the weight will come off. I can't seem to lose very quickly but I feel so much better for living better and I am losing so all good.

I'm no nutritionist but like someone else said maybe a couple of snacks and also more fibre, it keeps u feeling fuller for longer along with other health benefits of course
