"I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom I can tell you I don't have money, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my sandwich go now that'll be the…

I know these are usually just funny. But I'm going to confess that I fell off the healthy eating and working out bandwagon 10 months ago and gained 18 lbs. Im now on my second day of getting my body back I'm hosting my own personal series of fit to fat to fit Lol

Hi my LO is 19 months. I'm very blessed to have a time I can go to the gym, my husband goes to the gym before work and when he gets home in the evening, he watches little man while I go...Idk if that's an option for you. But I will say it took over a year before everything leveled out and I was able to get away for an hour…

Awesome! I'm going to do circuit training to prepare for our tough mudder! My husband and I are doing it together also, first for both of us. Since your husband has done it so many times, did he give you any advice that we could use? :) Good luck to both of you! You'll have to let me know how it goes since yalls race is…

For me it totally depends on how I feel! If its been an exhausting week and my body feels sore, I skip that day and go on with my schedule as normal. If I have it in me and feel like my body can totally handle it, I make up that workout on a rest day! I always make it a point not to overwelm myself! One missed workout…

@BlushingBride515 Wow thats alot....and I thought buying a house and moving at 8 months pregnant was horrendous! But I think you win lol Carving out a time and leaving everything at the door of the gym is what keeps me on track at times of high stress....it makes It to where its a relief just to get to the gym because I…

Ah....I can't be your hero until I finish it! :D And its true....fear is what pushes me to do it! @sebachie I think thats great! Good luck in your qualifiers!!! The NY marathon sounds like a lot of fun! Maybe one day I'll get there! And not to overlook the half marathon in 6 weeks. Good luck there as well!

Thanks for the FR Fran! Good luck on your half marathons! Thats awesome! :) To be honest I'm a little scared of the tough mudder. ...but thats why I'm doing it, I've realized that if it doesnt scare me a little, I won't train hard enough for it or even at all! Lol the electrical part is really what sticks out in my…

yuyutu81 Thats great! I love yoga and have done it on and off over the past few years. Ive been slowly introducing more cardio since I tend to lean towards weight lifting. Im Up to a little over 3 miles 3-4x a week along with lifting. Well if you're in dallas tx this October, you're more than welcome to run with my husband…

I think I've been at 5k every workout for a little over a week now. It seems to be what I needed because my body finally feels like it's being pushed again! But I am struggling to find balance with the calories....its not like I'm not hungry, its just who has time to eat a hundred times a day! But I guess I just have to if…

I've been running 5k after i lift my weights for the day. Why not do both! I'm dead after all that! Once you start really moving heavy weight, you'll start loving it! Instead of the euphoric high from running, you get this awesome pump that makes you feel like a bada**!

Im really bad at staying on track too! Im alot better at maintaining, so I knew when I got pregnant, I was going to be in trouble once I had to lose the baby weight. ...and I was! My perfect weight is 136 and at the end of my pregnancy I was at a whooping 175.... The thing that finally made the weight start coming off was…

Wow! 10 miles each way, thats awesome! I don't ride a bicycle or anything so I couldn't tell you personally how fast it will take off the weight. But I knew a guy a couple of years ago that lost close to a 100 lbs by riding his bike and of course eating right. So I'd say your on the right track! Good job!

Good morning!! I'm in the same situation. Complete deflation! Ive read up on it and mostly its your typical free weight chest exercise that is suppose to help the problem. (Or chest machines, your preference) Ive also noticed that if I'm drinking the proper amount of water. They look better overall! Hope that helps a…

Treadmill INCLINE! I swear by this now! I've started "power" walking at a high incline (ending at as high as the treadmill will go) for 30 minutes after I lift weights, 4 days a week and my stomach is shrinking, my thighs are shrinking, my butt is lifting. Its been a little over a month since i've added the incline and I…

There really is no answer for that question because everyone's body is built completely different. That's why the weight range has such a huge gap. 10 lbs will mean something different to everyone in the case of how they will look after they lose it. Since you are a competitive dancer why not focus on tone? I don't know…
