I am 57 soon to be 58. Just started back on a fitness program. Love my family and my life. I need to work on my diet. I have a high metabolism so I have always eaten what I want. I need to eat better but not sure how to do that so I enjoy it.

I am a pretty motivated guy. I am very goal oriented. I love my family and life. Starting my fitness plan back up. Some people say I am motivating too. Will help if I can.

Well let me just say I have seen my 40's and I am in my 50's. I have always been a sports guy but the older I get the more challenging it becomes to stay in shape. I would like some people who are on this journey too and together we all can be successful. Life is to short not to enjoy it and help others along the way.

I have had both knees scoped and swimming, the elliptical and the bike work best for me. With both the bike and the elliptical I do have to watch the resistance but I still get a good workout.
