Suggestions on eating right
I am 57 in pretty good shape. I have a high metabolism so I always ate what I wanted. I need to get to where I eat well, gives me energy and goes along with my 4 day workout weeks, but I don't know where to start.

i am 57, 6' 2" 181 lbs I am trying to lose 10 lbs, tone up, gain some muscle and some energy. I lift 4 days a week and cardio 1 to 2 days. I travel a lot for business so working out can be a challenge.
