Getting started

i am 57 6' 2" 181 lbs I am trying to lose 10 lbs, tone up, gain some muscle and some energy. I lift 3 to 4 days a week, do cardio 1 to 2 days. I travel a lot for business so working out can be a challenge. I am just getting started open to ideas and accountability. Like to encourage others along the way.

    Add me as a friend. We can keep each other accountable and stay on this path to a healthier life and not just a minimal weight loss. I am currently down 31lbs and have about 80 to go.
