Weightlifting & Cardio

Does anyone have some good routines for weightlifting and cardio that work. I have bad knees and I have to avoid squats and lunges.

    Try to work with a good personal trainer to get a routine customized for your abilities. If you must use a cookie-cutter program, go with New Rules of Lifting for Life. It's designed for the over-40 crowd.

    As far as leg exercises, you probably can do deadlifts or Romanian deadlifts, and you might be able to do wide stance squats, if done properly.
