I have 2 young children I couldn't find time in the day and at night was to tired as one just won't sleep so I just walk as my exercise, I just walk everywhere that I need to go Could you try walking to work ect?

I agree with this I lost two stone with counting cals and walking with my newborn and I'm 5 months pregnant again and only gained 2lb because I carried on with my walks, I only do 30-40 mins per day so I think even 10-20 mins would benefit you

Hi my own experience I did both at the same time, I didn't lose weight but I did t gain either, I think it was around 6 weeks I just stayed the same weight and then I started to lose again, weight loss has been slower but it is coming off, I've done 5 months now, so it can be done, just don't get dis heartened if your not…

Would you exercise on fast days? Or would you have those as your rest days? And would I still have 1200 cals on none fast days? X

I take my girl in her buggy walking everyday for 45-60 mins, because I've worked hard doing that it keeps me from eating more than I should, because I don't like to waste my hard work! And two weeks in it seems to be working,
