It’s a lifestyle thing buddy, you know how it goes. I’m trying to up my calorie burn to justify the bigger intake but if I could do that and find more substitutes then I would get a double win.

Hey, I shouldn't be giving advise since I have a long way to go but for me it's all about taking the time to prepare so I eat healthy and avoiding all the bad stuff. As long as I do this I don't seem to notice and get good meals which keeps me happy rather than two carrots and a cracker which gets old really quickly haha
