My name is Stacy I am 22 years old So I started using mfp awhile back was losing weight but I noticed I started slacking a lot and actually gained all my weight back plus some , ugh I know I'm super frustrated with myself but I am currently trying to lose weight again and keep it off this time. any good advice or tips for a beginner in meal prep, exercises to lose weight at the gym I'm pretty much new to every thing when it comes to losing weight

Hey,
I shouldn't be giving advise since I have a long way to go but for me it's all about taking the time to prepare so I eat healthy and avoiding all the bad stuff. As long as I do this I don't seem to notice and get good meals which keeps me happy rather than two carrots and a cracker which gets old really quickly haha0
