I know I should take a break to heal my leg but I feel guilty doing that because then I feel like I'll lose all the other progress I've made so far. Work isn't going to change but I'm also not in a position where I can leave at the moment. I will spend some time making a new training plan and creating some new goals for…

I think im fed up because I'm burnt out. I took four days off for the holiday I was off work and didn't workout or worry about food then. I haven't been to a doctor yet. I'm actually not sure who to go to to start out. I've read a lot about it online and I feel like it would really help me though.

Thanks guys, that's kind of what I was thinking but it's just hard when you see tons of other people doing 8 or 12 week programs and you can see a huge difference but ive been doing this for almost 5 whole months consistently and can't tell a difference.

Thanks, I'm starting to think this is my only option. I haven't straightened it in over a month and I just wanted a change but I don't have the time to straighten it again every morning before work. I want to find something that will just keep it straight but I'm starting to think I'm asking for a miracle.
