I'm so sorry to hear about your medical condition. I think that including more calorie-dense foods such as peanut butter, avocado, nuts/seeds (& other healthy fats). Google "healthy calorie dense foods" for more suggestions :) Mostly you want the most caloric bang for your buck. If you can't eat much, you want what you can…

Feel free to add me. I'm trying to lose another 50-60lbs at least :)

Please feel free to add me! I'm 27 years old, 5'8", and looking to lose another 50-60lbs too. Fortunately I don't have any children (they're just not for me) and currently I consume about 1625 calories per day and do indoor rock climbing 2-3 times per week and started Couch to 5k this week. Finishing the week tomorrow!…

Losing a lot of weight rapidly contributes to loose skin. Building muscle in those areas can help but sometimes it's going to come down to surgery. Try losing the rest more slowly (1-2lbs per week) which is easier for your body to keep up with.

So far I've lost a total of 50lbs from my highest weight and mostly I've noticed that I am not comfortable in my body anymore because my perception of my size is very off. I've had to go clothes shopping and while I'm ecstatic to be out of the plus size range now, I find it sort of anxiety-inducing to try and find clothing…

Right? Haha. I started out at 237lbs this January (I'm 5'8") and am down to about 211lbs if you'd like to add me. My all-time highest weight was 255lbs or so. I'm just about eating at a caloric deficit, everything in moderation, and doing exercise that you love.

Paraguard is a non-hormonal IUD that lasts up to 10 years. It's amazing and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Also, some OBGYNS believe in the old theory that you must've had a kid in order to have the IUD inserted, but I never have and know others who never have given birth and have had it inserted just fine.

Hi there! My goals are a little different. I am also looking to lose 50-60lbs but of fat! I am most concerned on getting my body fat percentage lowered and into a healthy (and hot!) range.Losing fat and maintaining lean muscle is the most important. I started my lifestyle change on January 5th and am down 9.5lbs of fat and…

My artist requires a deposit of 1 hour of his rate. This is because people will ask for drawings and then never come back and actually get the tattoo done. This covers the cost of some of his time (obviously he puts in WAY more than 1 hour of his time into the drawing). This is also more important for artists that are in…

Me! Anybody that is interested in seriously holding each other accountable: please add me! :) I'm going about the 'tough love' approach, too.
