Me: 1* LNS: 1 Streak: 1 I've just begon; the first night was a complete failure. I still had a bag of m&m's and couldn't resist it. Still had a few today, but I didnt overeat (cuz there weren't anymore :( ). My plan is to NOT buy all these delicious chocolatey treats... and don't go shopping hungry

You also have odorless and flavourless coconutoil! I really dislike the taste as well... so I bought the odorless one from royal green... but there are loads of other ones too! I heard/read coconutoil is really good cuz you can heat it high, without it releasing any toxins and cuz it has some short fatty acids or something…

I take vit C, multivitamin, a fatburner (for some extra energy) and omega 3 supps (dont take omega 6, we get enough of it through the food we eat). At night, when I remember, I also take a magnesium citrate supp.

You can also try to make an almondpancake. Great for on the go with some tunasalad. Just mix 1 egg, 25 grams of almondflour and like a tbsp or half a tbsp of cream and bake it :)

I'm following a low carb diet and it works really well for me. Lost 4.5 kg (10lbs?) in 3 weeks so far. The great thing for me is that the restriction of carbs (not totally banning them, but I stay around 30grams a day) is that I experience almost no hunger.
