I buy a lot of spinach, sweet potatoes, chicken/salmon/steak for the grill, eggs and baby carrots. But all that is normal for us to eat all the time - I just have to eat less of it when trying to lose weight.

Thanks!! I just couldn't eat right after working out yesterday so stopped and grabbed a protein bar at the store and it made me start thinking about it. I normally eat plenty of protein during the day but I had some room for a snack.

I have an Apple Watch and love that it keeps up with my calories and heart rate. I def recommend.

One cup per day with exactly 2tbsp of French vanilla creamer (70cal). If I'm really trying to watch my sugar I'll go with just milk. But I kind of look at this one cup of coffee as a morning treat.

What about a different dressing? Creamy dressings have more calories than Italian or vinaigrette dressings and I would limit it to 2T max.

Thanks for the tips guys!!! I don't have my calories set to lose 2pounds a week, but sometimes I will go like 2-3 weeks losing nothing and then drop 2lbs (that was what I meant). Absolutely!! I want to look good in my clothes and feel strong! And want toned arms and legs and abs. Maybe one day I'll shoot for 150 pounds. But really I just want to be healthy and look good while not starving myself.

I generally eat between 1700-1800 per day. I'm a 41yo female 178lbs - 5'7" and I've been averaging about a .75 lb weight loss each week. I do Zumba 3-5x a week (55min) and I do weight training 2-3x a week. It's very slow but super manageable.
