Hi! I'm 5+ months into this and need to lose my last 10-15 pounds. Add me! My stats: SW - 186.5 CW - 169.5 GW - 155/158 5'7" female I eat at a small deficit and love to do Zumba and strength training. I'm am only losing about .5-.75 pounds per week but I still eat lots of yummy food!

Down 10 pounds in 3 months....
It's been so damn slow. But. It's gone. I've weighed 10 pounds less than what I weighed in December 2 days in a row now. I consider that a "sticker". This is the longest I've tried in several years. Learning to be "ok" with slow weight loss....
I've been in this same spot every year for the past 5-6 years. I start off strong in January after the holiday "plump" and I hit it hard with workouts and better eating.
