I weigh every morning but only officially "record" it for here on Fridays. But I do have urges to weigh a couple of times a day that I have to fight off so I don't get compulsive about it now that I am losing steadily. I've def learned not to get too grumpy over fluctuations.

If you don't have cirrhosis or fatty liver, your liver should be working fine. Bloating and long bathroom stays could mean you need more fiber. Bloating from water retention, add some lemon juice to your water. I don't think stomachs need cleaning ;/ But if you wants a good natural flushing out maybe prunes or prune juice.

I have to have a snack at night too. A protein snack like Greek yogurt helps me a lot.

That's what confused me. Is it talking about high fructose corn syrup, fructose in fruit, reg sugar??? The sentence about babyfood is really scary though.

The meal replacements that make a pudding like Wonderslim...I put 1/2 cup crushed ice, 1/2 cup water and add a packet of diet Swiss Miss hot chocolate. Blend it and it is as good as any chocolate ice cream. Sometimes I use frozen strawberries instead of ice.

I request family not to give me chocolate as they have in the past. It will be easier since my hubby is on a diet too. We will contain the higher calories to one day as I am not making enough to have a lot of leftovers. I will have my traditional dinner and even dessert though, just less of it.

It's a reality show and dramatized. I love the show, it inspires me. And having been overweight my whole life I can identify with them. That said, my family and I have made a pact with each other that we will never be enablers to this extent no matter what happens.

I'm not in the group who believes eating every few hours is a Good Thing. That said, my medical team has me on very low calorie so I only have one snack a day in the evening to stay in my limit. I also believe, do whatever works for YOU.

My son wears compression knee hi hose per his dr's orders you get at WalMart for under $25. They come in different sizes. I'm sure they are available elsewhere and online.
