I personally didn't loose much on 1500 calories. In 5 weeks I lost approximately 2 lbs working out 3-4 days weekly and weighing everything. This is my first week at 1200 calories and so far so good, we'll see what the results are after a few weeks.

Hey ladies - I finished two weeks of BBG 1.0; however, had to take a week break due to a knee injury. I'm back at it today. I'm 2.8 lbs down and feel better already - I didn't purchased the HELP guide either - just focusing on MFP calories and macros. Best of luck ladies :)

Hey Kathryn, yeah I have a food scale and have weighed everything that goes into my mouth! It is a new exercise routine and has been pretty intense. My water Intake has gone up tenfold.

I throw a bunch of kale or spinach into my smoothies along with banana, pineapple or mangos to eliminate the "leafy" taste. You can really get a lot into a smoothie that still tastes great!

I just finished week 1 - I didn't do the pre training just jumped right into the program. So far so good, I'm loving the exercises but WOW was I sore. How are you girls doing?
