Thanks guys! Feeling great today! The scale has not been moving much over the last couple months but my body is changing drastically! People are commenting more than ever on how great I look and I'm loving it ☺️☺️☺️☺️

If I hit 130 my bmi is 21... My goal is 135 which is a bmi of 21.8. My current bmi is 26.3. That being said, I don't put a lot of thoght into bmi calculations. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat. Muscular people are not obese.

Oh wow thanks!!! I always notice how much other people look younger in progress photos but I guess that's something not so easy to see in myself. Awesome! Thank you for that!

Honestly, why are some of you here? MFP is about learning and encouraging each other as we all strive toward similar goals, it is not about being an *kitten*. Find something useful to do with your time!

18lbs in two months is a big loss... 3lbs in two months is not. You don't have to be so bitter.

Yes I am a protein junkie! I eat almost double of MFP's protein goal every day... Definitely the biggest aid in weight loss :)

Very little actually... I mean I haul around my baby who can't walk yet all day, but other than that not much difference from average person- somedays I walk kids to/from school that's about it really... Now that the weather is warming up, and the weight isn't falling off as quick I will be making a point to walk a lot…
