I am pretty good about posting at least a couple times a day and checking in on my pals. I added OP but anyone else can add me as well!

I work out in the early morning and I don't eat until after 4 or 5pm. If I felt cruddy or weak or hungry I wouldn't! As long as your fueling yourself in your eating window, you are fine.

I weigh daily and I cannot stress enough how much using a trending app ( I use Libra) keeps me sane. Sometimes I'll feel like I've made no progress for awhile but I'll see that I'm still losing ~2 lbs a week. Then I'll feel silly for a bit but relieved I'm still on track.

Free range doesn't even mean anything, unfortunately. It definitely SHOULD, but it's basically a marketing term. Forgive my being a Debbie Downer. I was steamed when I found that out!

It is kinda weird, but I'll explain the best I can. Tap or click on the user you want to add and there will be a pop up. Tap or click on their profile photo. On the right you'll see an icon of a couple li'l dudes. Click on li'l dudes to add friends. Feel free to add me as well!

I'm not intentionally low carb, but I often end up that way somewhat accidentally, bc I feel more satisfied with higher protein and fat than I do with higher carbs. Feel free to add me if you'd like. I keep my diary open and I'm trying to share recipes more regularly.

I'm all about doing what works for you, but I couldn't disagree more! Maybe of you've got a basic one that only counts steps. Any of the HR ones help calculate calories burned (still don't trust it 100%, but it helps). Pre-fitbit if I was hangry at the end of the day I felt like a failure. Now if I'm hungry I might check…

Yeah I definitely think it can be completely unrelated to being too hard on yourself. My opinion might not be unpopular to the majority of people here but there are some vocal bully types in the minority who are tired of newbie questions but always answer them anyway, but they are rude and condescending to people who don't…

Add me. I'm not a low carb per se, but I end up "accidentally" low carb most days. I share recipes too. Other posters feel free to add me as well.

People here will hate me for saying it, but I know I didn't get into the worst shape of my life because I was too easy on myself. It was because I was way too hard on myself. I've only ever improved by being as gentle to myself as I am with others. Then I've been able to do what I need to do to take care of myself and work…

Taco Bell's fresco menu is awesome. I'm a vegetarian so I get a fresco bean burrito (350 cals, I think) BUT omnivores have more options and with lower calorie counts.

Hey I'm a mom with about 70 to lose, but OP and I are already pals! ☺But anyone who wants to add me as well is welcome!

QFT- and even though I mentioned a food scale, I didn't get fat because I was using volume measurements instead of weighing in grams. It was because I wasn't measuring at all.

So.... how do you do on the weekends? Do you track everything you eat and drink (besides 0 cal drinks)? ETA: if you want help from the forum, we can't help if you don't make your food diary public. Folks are all over helping others but you have to give them the ability to do so. BTW if you're brand new here, the advice is…
