Perhaps try snacking on things such as nuts/bannanas between meals? I find that helps me when I'm feeling a little tired.

I suffered from this problem for years and it really can be awful. I tried cutting things out one at a time after seeking advice and I would say its worth doing. Things that I find make bloating worse are: Wheat (try a wheat-free substitute for pasta, bread - I use FreeFrom) Lactose Onions & Garlic Spicy food
