I've had BOD for several years. I've done Insanity, Insanity Asylum 1 and 2, and LIIFT 4. I'm now on week 2 of The Work. I like the workouts a lot, and they have something for everyone in terms of difficulty/time commitment. I definitely see maximum results when I am diligent with my diet.

I have it and enjoy it. I see good results when I eat well.
-
Insanity Max Plyo done. So many pushups.
-
Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning done. Tomorrow is a run day...weather finally nice enough to do it outside!

I've had it for several years and like it very much. I've done Insanity, Insanity Asylum, and LIIFT4.

I've done it several times and always see good results. I enjoy it, but it's not a beginner program. If you don't go in with at least some baseline level of fitness, I think it would be quite discouraging.

Started my own hybrid of Insanity month 2 and LIIFT4 with maybe a little running thrown in for fun. Max Interval training completed yesterday.

LIIFT 4 week 8 day 2 done. 2 days left!
-
LIIFT 4 week 7 done. One more week!
-
LIIFT 4 week 6 done!
-
Week 6 Day 1 LIIFT 4 done. A night of poor sleep made this a tough one, but I pushed through.
-
Insanity pure cardio and cardio abs done.

I just finished week 4 of LIIFT 4. I usually warm up by running a couple of miles before I do the lifting workout. On the off days, I do a longer run. It seems to be working just fine for me, but I think you just need to listen to your own body.

Yeah...I think my triceps are just wimpier than my chest and biceps. I just do the triceps ones on my knees and take comfort in the fact that much of the cast is doing likewise.
-
LIIFT 4 week 4 day 1 done. I continue to suck at tricep push-ups, but I definitely feel stronger overall.
-
LIIFT 4 week 1 combined with running done. Loving this program so far. I've been a Shaun T girl for about a year-and-a-half, but this has been a nice change of pace.

Finished month 2 of Asylum. Managed 8 rounds on the fit test.
-
How are you finding LIIFT 4 so far? I have 3 weeks left of Asylum Volume 2, and I was thinking of starting this program next.

I'm in Sioux Falls - it's an awesome place to live!

I'm finishing up with Insanity on Monday. Thinking of trying Asylum next. Has anyone tried it? I'm curious how it compares with the original insanity.

Diet is key to see max results. Keep at it and stick to the calendar as much as you can! I even sent in and got the free t-shirt. :)

30 DS is MUCH easier than Insanity, not to mention much shorter. If you're finding 30DS challenging, I would recommend completing that one first.
-
Almost done - 2nd time I've done it.

I completed it in June with great results. Did some other stuff for a while, and decided to have another go of Insanity beginning in January. I'm now on week 2 of Month 2 - still loving Shaun T!
-
I've done a similar one using eggplant instead of zucchini. Delicious!

I completed the entire thing in June. I lost about 7 pounds total (down a few more now and on a different program). I was a little nervous for month 2, but I was pleased with the results I got. I lost more inches than pounds, I think. I also noticed a huge difference in my cardio fitness - running became much easier, and…

I'm starting next week. Add me if you want!

I loved Insanity! I'm going to start a second round in the fall. I finished my first round in early June and had great results.

After I had my first daughter, I did 30 Day Shred to start getting back into shape. It doesn't take much space, and it's only 20 minutes so my kid could usually hold it together long enough for me to get it done as long as I planned ahead. We also had a very small place, but it was big enough to accomodate the routine. We…
