I’m a newbie to the My Fitness Pal “Community Board.” Saw this group and cheered!
I’ve been a Beachbody user for about three years, but was injured last year (not during a work-out). I’m slowly returning to my workouts. Love Liift4, as it built me back up & want to do another round, but maybe with a change up...
I just tried Core De Force, as I'm thinking about creating a hybrid... (I need to loose lbs) Anyone in this group tried that? Or know of a good one?

I'm doing a 2nd round of Liift4 and Core de Force. It's very intense. Sometimes I do Cize instead of CDF when I need to take it down a notch (health issues) .0 -
