Got a damn stomach bug. 🖕😠
Hopefully it’ll go away soon and I won’t have to start the sandbag routine over...I was only on day 2 anyways. So...rest day. 🤬1 -
the stomach bug seems to be gone. weird that i still feel so tired after spending most of yesterday sleeping.
I did yesterday's Body Beast routines today. didn't push any new limits and just kinda struggled to get through...but I got through. may get back to the Brute Force routine tomorrow. we'll see how I feel.

Doing Insanity again! I did 2 rounds between 2017-2018 (I was so excited- usually would give up after 3-4 days!) I'm almost done with my first month of it again. Got off track for most of 2018 and gained ~20 lbs back.
Actually started Insanity again on Jan 1 (more of a coincidence than a New Year's thing). This time I'm allowing myself a bit more flexibility in the schedule. I don't do the fit tests because I don't care about them and would rather rest. I have a 5k Saturday and won't work out that day on top of that, etc....

Damn Fitbit isn’t working right. Display won’t “display” so unable to set to workout. Hoped it would automatically record...like the other day. Nope. Best guess is 15-16 minutes.
