Definetly do not use them as a reference on how you are doing. Even the scale can be a pain. I kind of thought of it as any other way of eating. It takes time to see changes. I think my first month I was eating pretty much three meals a day no fasting. Then I started the fasting and eating between around 11ish to 5ish which was easy cuz of my work schedule. Sometimes I do one meal a day sometimes I do two meals a day. Just depends on how hungry I am and what I have going on.

Yay for Keto!!! I'm almost 4 months in and just about 50lbs lost. It's totally worth it. Stick with it, it works!! I only have about 5-10 lbs till I will be happily in maintenance phase. Good luck everyone! It is an amazing way!
