In Jan I tried on a swimsuit that didn't fit at ALL. I wore it last weekend when I took my boys to the splash pad with no water to hide underneath and it'll be too big by next summer. -46 pounds on a 5 foot 3 makes a difference

43 down so far with very little exercise. All that's needed is a calorie deficit.

Nothing is banned because it'll make me want to binge. I definitely eat less of things like chocolate and fast food because then I feel like I can barely eat anything else all day. Usually if I have chocolate or something it's at the end of the day with remaining cals because I know I won't need to eat again later.

I struggle with this and intermittent fasting by Saving All My calories for the afternoon works well for me. I do not eat until around lunch time and quit around 8pm. If after that you're still really wanting to eat to go bed lol

I use that shampoo and it highly improved but made my hair so greasy. Switched to a different kind & it came back. Currently trying to use H&S every other wash. I'll let you know how it goes!!

I drink premier protein from time to time. The chocolate is decent. It comes premade and you just pop them in the fridge.
