If your kids are in school, try to workout out an hour a day at your house or gym. Consider this hour yours to relax and take care of your body. Put your headphones, play a music you like and enjoy losing yourself in the songs while you are exercising and breathing.

Sounds like you are on the right track. Usually the last 5 lbs are hard to lose. Try changing your workout routines and up the weight you lift. Change what you eat also and try less carbs. Hope that helps. You can add me as a friend if you like.

You are doing good. You need to heal first then you can cut down on your calories. Iphone tracks steps as long as it is with you. You really have to walk lots and lots of steps to burn calories, but why not, use it for now.

I hope your goal is not just lose weight but changing your eating habits. It will happen but you need to set small goals of few pounds then achieve it. Slowely, you will reach you 15 lbs goal. But give your self some TLC.

I love yoga. I live and breathe yoga. I also teach it. Stay with it. Breathing through the postures makes you aware of how you feel within. Try to focus on how you are inhaling and exhaling. Let the breath anchor you in the present moment. Any questions... Don't hesitate.

Nope! Gender has a lot to do with it. Men loose so easily! Our estrogen non-sense up and down makes it harder to loose.

I am assuming you are a man!!! If so, you don't have the hormonal fluctuation and might not know what I'm talking about. I workout and watch my food but nothing is happening. I'm not loosing!!!

Unfortunately, age has something to do with belly fat. I hate to admit it, but I'm so active and so healthy but I have been struggling with 5 lbs for the last year!!! Not getting easy.
