Thanks everyone!! I am not keto (yet) but haven't had any major carbs since January. I'm going to wait and see what we decide. The steak sounds lovely too. Hahah. I love me a big hunk of meat!! Suppose I do decide to have sushi, I should expect a gain on the scale for the next week or so?

Thanks!! I keep hearing you can eat too little calories too. So is there some magic deficit or you just need to find what works for you?

My only advice is take it one meal at a time. Make the best choice you can :) If you slip up, don't throw away the rest of the day or the week.

Oh man that thread is just crazy. I get angry at 2 of the posters in particular (angry to myself, not actually posting) and tell myself I am not looking at it again, then an hour later I am back on there. All I know, is that its working for me right now, I feel amazing and I am gonna keep going!

Awesome everyone! Thanks! Not eating breakfast or just having coffee are not options for me as I need to take my diabetic medication with food in the morning, and I need to eat to avoid having a low. Im going to take a peek at the posted recipes! Thanks again!
