How do I add this?

Hi Everyone,

I have been doing exercises like "Mountain Climbers" "Burpees" "Jillian Michaels 30 day shred" "Wall Squats" lately but have no idea to add them into my exercises on the app? I searched them and came up with nothing :(

    as long as you are doing them back to back like you would in a jillian michaels video you can log it as circuit training. That is what I do.

    Ok great! Thank you! So for the jillian michaels I would put in 30 minutes of circuit training?

    aerobics or calisthenics, depending (not sure what 30DS entails...if it's mostly jumping around, it's aerobics, if mostly bodyweight exercise, it's calisthenics).
