best advice i ever had was drink more water i now drink a gallon a day and have for 4 months. helps keep you full and has no bad effects other than after a bottle of chilled water you can feel a little cold. i'm nearing the end of my weight loss journey now, and wish you the best of luck with yours

don't give up! i don't know how you could have gained a stone 1.what is your calorie goal 2.do you weigh your food with a scale 3.do you log ever piece of food and drink every day if your goal is too high then you will put on weight. you need to eat less then your body burns.

I think you may get better results by weighing daily because then you will see the scale go up and down each day as your body changes with water weight exc but then you will see the downward trend over time.
