Portion control is a biggie.. your workout routine is awesome... you can always switch it up too.. maybe take up running or more strength training.. you could be gaining muscle too.. looking at pictures.. do you seem more toned? I would try your food intake without pizza and beer for two weeks and see what happens or enjoy…

You have to make sure to partake in both... healthy eating and exercising.. if you stay just eating healthy it can do a lot for you but exercising can help burn that fat! Even if you start with small walks during the day or even push ups and crunches... start small and work your way up to awesomeness!

I sit at a desk too and bought a fitbit to challenge me to do daily walks and keep up with my fitness... sometimes we just need an extra push.. are you able to go for walks during work? Around the perimeter?

mine is always off too sooo at least we all know we are in the same boat but we do know we are all working towards goals and as long as I pay attention to my calorie intake on here and exercising I place it in manually then work for new goals with my steps!!

PORTION CONTROL. CHANGE UP YOUR WORK OUTS... STRENGTH, CARDIO, MIXTURE DRINK LOOOOOOOTS OF WATER AND GREEN TEA IS GOOD TOO GET SLEEP AND EAT YOUR VEGGIES There is a list of diets and ways to live but just keep consistent and stay away from the junk! ;)
