I'm 30lbs down since January. By calorie counting. Nothing else. So yep.

I'm 5ft2 and happiest at 140. Yep it's still technically not "healthy" for my height BUT I am well built and look awful if I drop below 10st. I don't recognise myself any smaller. :lol:

Who said I messed up? My meal was within my calorie allowance for the day. I meant that I ate it all and was seriously stuffed. So thanks for the input but not sure what relevance it has to my thread? Lol

Hi George. Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce fatty areas. If you are at a happy goal weight and just want to tone then I think the advice you'd be given is to lift heavy... someone will be along with more information I'm sure ;)

I'm healthier now I'm losing weight than I was before. Then again I make sure I get plenty of vitamins etc from my food. If you're finding you are a little run down it may help to look at what you're eating. There is nothing at all wrong with eating fruit in moderation.

I believe it's called the Commando diet. I have friends that often do it. Funnily enough... They all stay pretty fat afterwards. Unlike me. On my normal healthy way of losing weight. :lol:
