Hello MyFitnessPal community. I am George and i am new here. Reason i am posting this its because i need some advice about how to burn my fat in lower belly. I am not fat but i want to burn it so i improve the looking of my abs in that area. So any foods or drinks that would help me with it ?

    Hi George. Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce fatty areas. If you are at a happy goal weight and just want to tone then I think the advice you'd be given is to lift heavy... someone will be along with more information I'm sure ;)

    You can't spot reduce, and there are no magic foods. Just eat in a calorie deficit and do some strength/resistance training, and it'll come off from everywhere.

    As you lose weight, you will lose it all over, (can't spot reduce). Caloric deficit for weight loss. There are no magic foods, just eat less and move more.

    Not necessarily "healthy food" (whatever means to you), but eating at a deficit if you want to lose.
    Eating less than you normally do.
