Stop using the scrub. There is no need to use exfoliating scrubs on your face I promise you that. Stick to a simple face wash and water. Sweat can and does cause a horrible rash. Oh honey :( How about bike rides, kick a ball about together in the park? Swimming etc? All fun things to help build his confidence and help with his fitness levels? Food wise... Get him to help you make simple meals, fun fruit faces etc that he will enjoy eating. Let him help prepare foods so he can see what's happening…

For my height... I should weigh between 7st6lb and 9st8lb or something along those lines. I'd look like death if I went that small. MY body is happiest around 10 stone and that's what I'm aiming for. It's down to how you feel in your own skin. :)

Penny, try a less aggressive weight loss goal. I am 5ft3, currently weigh 157 and lose 1lb a week eating 1480 a day. You must be starving on so little calories :(

I need to get a rope skipping rope if I carry on with it. I've got a plastic one at the moment that I got from WW about 4 years ago and it flipping hurts if it catches your legs. WOWZERS.

Fab stuff! Glad I'm not the only one who's a tiny bit useless now I'm an adult. I'm hoping I can build up as I love skipping and can see it as an exercise I don't mind doing! I'm spurred on to do better now ha ha!

I love my Charge HR. Other than the stupid rash it gave me on my right arm so now have to wear it on my left which is completely awful. I am quite childish... I love the HR. I watched it soar to 109 from 59 when I got told I had tickets to a concert I was really wanting to go to. Hahahaha. Small things amuse small minds.
