I came across this on Google. Made me laugh hard with some of the crazy threads that spring up on here sometimes.

BRING OUT THE PEEPS! Ha
-
If you pay me £30.99 a week I can tell you the answer! Hahahahahaha!
-
That is not healthy or sustainable. On NF days you should eat normally.
-
I use Tesco's scales whenever I weigh so hopefully not too bad a discrepancy. I threw my home ones away as I couldn't deal with the temptation ha ha.
-
Sorry honey but you can't spot lose fat. You have to eat at a calorie deficit as suggested above and exercise.
-
Dude... I can't even do one actual press up. So you are already a winner in my eyes!
-
2lb a week is at the upper end of healthy weight loss. So you're losing at a decent rate already IMO. We don't put weight on over night so we can't expect to lose it overnight either. Keep up the good work so far :)
-
Well I've just weighed in and lost 2lbs so more than I usually lose at home! :o Must be all the walking I've done around St Ives ha ha! Just bought myself a scone and some clotted cream to celebrate! ;)

My advice... Don't make any food taboo. Weigh it, count it, be accountable. If you weigh yourself 200 calories of fries... You only eat 200 calories worth of fries. It's no longer a taboo food. You won't need to binge. We can make all the excuses up under the sun as to why we binge but trust me, as a serious food lover…

I can finally get into my Dungaree's and my legs don't look too awful. So yay my legs today! My face is also looking loads better now it's slimmer. Love this thread.

You aren't eating enough surely? With exercise you can't be netting more than 800-900 calories a day???
-
I'm 5ft2. I walk about 5 miles roughly a day and eat 1480 ish calories a day. I lose 1lb a week, sometimes more. I'm currently 159lbs and want to get to 140 as any smaller than that and I look ill.
-
1100 is still not enough though really even over 7 days. Not if you are exercising. :)
-
I don't mind throwing some jumping jacks in! Great idea and will get my heart going. Kettlebell workouts give me a good blast but I can only cope with that twice a week ha ha

The 5:2 diet encourages you to eat normally for 5 days and fast for 2 days. If you do what you plan to do... You aren't eating normally on your 5 none fasting days. 1100 calories is not healthy when two days a week you will only be eating 500 cals. 5:2 gives you a 3000 calorie weekly deficit. You should eat your TDEE on…
-
I know as I lose my last half a stone that I will have to reduce cals and start doing some exercise. Just didn't want to be doing damage by doing this wrong in the meantime. I weigh food and try to input my own recipes where possible too to try to be as accurate as I can with logging.

You never know... She might have been ;)

Simple fix... Tell them that while you appreciate their kindness, you actually don't need extra food adding to your order. ;)

Eat. The. Whole. Egg. The yolk is the best part! Ha!

Serious life goals for some folks on here Pahahahahaha

I had a clotted cream scone earlier @Liftng4Lis so Erm thought I better stop at just the one bunny for today ha ha!

Sweeteners are vile. I'd rather drink my hot drinks with nothing than have fake sugar. Shudder.
-
ZOMG finally a diet where I can synchronise my chow with my damn scarf! YESSSSSSS!
-
I cannot believe someone has seriously recommended amphetamine as a help for binge eating. Yep get so off your face that you no longer want to eat ha ha. No. Just no.
-
Oolong is a lovely light tea. Doesn't have a strong taste and is quite soothing really.
-
I lurveeeee green tea. Oolong tea is lush too!
-
I'd want pudding for at least a week...

I've been reading about this amazing diet where you poop 6 times a day and lose 1lb every time you sneeze. Calorie deficit. Seriously. Stop with the wanting a quick fix. You're here because quick fixes DON'T work honey. I've done all the quick fixes under the sun and it's only now I'm taking my health serious that I'm…

I have Salter scales. Absolutely Bob on.
