I have a charge HR. It's brill. Size wise, I have tiny wrists and have the large. The small is so small it's child sized which is a bit ridiculous.

I was just about to come in here and say "EAT PIZZA" but you have. So I'm happy. I love making homemade pizza. I use a flatbread type thing and slap my fave stuff on. Usually comes to about 350 cals and is lush. I'd choose it over Pizza Hut or Domino's any day.

I eat ALL the foods I love, in my calorie allowance of 1480 and lose 1lb a week. So yep there is NO need to restrict anything.

Nobody has to feel tired and weak when losing weight. They just need to pick a less aggressive target for weekly loss. Please don't people that it is normal and ok to feel that way :/

1200 calories for a man is WAY too low. WAY WAY WAY too low. You will be losing lean mass and not much else. If you are exercising on top of that you will be netting below 1200 which is dangerous imo.

That equates to roughly 5lb a week which is quite an aggressive loss. If you are severely over weight you could perhaps cope with it short term but long term that is far too much loss per week :neutral:

I'm a receptionist. I don't stay sat down all day though. I'm set at lightly active and still losing weight faster than it is telling me I should. So don't underestimate how active you are. I've found with my fitbit that if I walk more than 6000 steps, I start to earn more exercise calories. So putting me in the active…

Every day I eat at different times. It's never hindered my weight loss. Some nights I eat as late as 11pm. It's never affected my loss. Calories do not tell the time.

I used ones with a really high pork content. Only had two and were only 260 calories. I stick to really meaty ones as lower pork content are usually fattier and a bit grim lol! Save that $200 for some pretty new clothes when you get to your goal by eating at a deficit and losing it in a safe and healthy way. Much more pleasing! You've got this. Positivity! :)

I like a bag of pork scratchings on a Saturday night. Full of fat but I wait all damn week for them so I fit them in! Factor a few in and stop telling yourself you can't have any. That's a recipe for disaster and binge time.
