I love cheesebugers, but i must have real beef and sharp cheddar. The 93% lean beef works great and w/ 2oz of cheddar, 1 tbs real mayo, a good bun, lettuce, onion and tomato, yum. Also, a banana frozen smoothie. Extra yum and in calorie goal. I was able to fit in a almond snickers w/ black coffee for later

Thanks. I think that's considered "high sodium" by many accounts. Again, if it doesn't affect you, awesome.
I eat soy sauce in stir fries often, that's my sodium bomb. But it does make me retain water, so I keep an eye on it.

    Me as well!

Dont see my eating as diet food/eating

I just love food! Eat it all and just stick to portion control and moderation.
Something that will always will be a part of my life style, even after i stop losing weight.

When not.... i will gain again.
To me there is no diet food.

and yes i have favorite foods...that was when i was overweight and still are favorites now.

when I think of diet foods, a big green salad with low cal dressing pops in my head, along with any vegetable, and a diet coke. I just couldn't eat this way. Me personally, anyway. I only eat food I like, but I eat more protein now. Normally something like a pb&j sandwich or some other sandwich, with a small bag of chips for lunch, and dinner might be steak or chicken with some veggie, or a couple of corndogs, or whatever I'm craving.

Whole foods are the best diet foods. But if packaged meals are what works for you, good! :)

    Says who?

Whole foods are good for certain nutritional requirements ...but for losing weight it's calories that count, for health it's variety and nutrients and exercise foo

    Almond Snickers?
Never seen or heard of those!
Have to find out if we have them in the UK..... (not a lover of the Peanut version).

My favorite "diet" foods are the normal foods I eat every day. Take a look at my diary and you'll see. :)

I love that you drink your coffee with cocoa powder. When I'm on a coffee kick, that's how I have mine too. I'm jealous of your TDEE.

I love my mocha every single morning. I think my TDEE is fairly high for a woman my age because of weight lifting and cardio. Anything less and I lose weight, and that's not my goal anymore.
