I love the chocolate ones and the new soft bakes are amazing. So good for a breakfast on the go!

There is no need to worry about eggs. They are a great, nutritious food source so chomp away. I ignore my cholesterol on MfP. I'm healthy and not worried so I get my eggs in ha ha!

Hi... I have A Fitbit Charge HR. It's brill for every day walking around. When I started running... not so brill. So I now wear a Polar M400 on the other arm for my exercise. I'm a walking gadget. Ha ha ha. The M400 combined with the HRM strap is brill. I don't however trust it for my normal step count. I rely on my Fitbit…

Aww man... the feeeeeeeels gets me every time. Sniff.

If eating pizza makes you look as hawt as you do... I'm all in! ;)
-
What's wrong with having pizza if it fits your calories/macros? Or do we all have to live on Kale and Protein shakes to be dedicated?
-
Oh not this old chestnut again. I find it very hard to believe you're living on 1200 calories a day. You're not estimating accurately. I'm a 5ft2 138lb female who sometimes feels hungry eating 1500 calories a day so I call phooey. You just like to get a forum rise. Probably through boredom. We are all here mainly for the…

The Cambridge diet is milkshakes, soups and bars. Not just milk.

And after the month? Then what? Back to over eating and all the weight comes back. Sigh. These diets teach a person absolutely nothing about eating right. It's a quick fix wow look at the weight I've lost. Then it's "oooooh look a donut". Education not quick fixes are what is needed. I've done VLCD's in the past. Not…

I'm incredibly surprised that the NHS are actually considering you for WLS at only 16 stone. I'm also incredibly surprised that the NHS has recommended this ridiculous diet. This post strikes me as ridiculous full stop. I have a friend who is 25 stone and they won't even consider her for WLS and she needs it. This thread…

I love my M400. It has really upped my running game.

Why Yes. Yes I do. The Horrorz

I must be super stubborn because I would be blunt. "My body, my rules". My family know I'm doing this for the long haul. Not one of them would dare comment on what and how much I eat or I would tell them to mind their own. Families should support and nurture not make you dread seeing them and have to lie. Own your body.…

I eat carbs (shock horror), protein (Yay protein) and loads of fat (Oh noes not fat) and I've lost plenty of weight. Silly diets. EAT LESS, MOVE MORE. I love a good diet thread me. Ha ha ha

I have PCOS. I've lost 3st2lb since January. By eating less (weighing my food) and moving more. That really is all there is to it. I eat every food I like, just less of it. PCOS doesn't make us magical creatures who can't lose weight I'm afraid. It does increase appetite and weight loss can be slower but unfortunately it…

Kale strikes me as a poor mans cabbage. It just looks so sad and skinny leafed. I'm also afraid to try it as some of my kale eating friends are frankly a bit scary. Ha ha! Awesome job growing your own!

No. You don't eat less than your BMR. You eat less than your TDEE. No. You don't only eat 1000 calories a day. That's not healthy long term especially not for a teenager who is still growing. No. You don't need to cut butter/oil/chocolate etc out of your diet. That is RIDICULOUS. All the OP needs to do is use a food scale…

I used it for a week. I never used it again. It's awful, you poop yourself without any way of controlling it and you don't really lose weight in a healthy way. My advice? I wouldn't bother.

Finally ok with being alone. Maintaining my 10 stone, and finally able to love myself. That's where I'll like to be.
-
Shudder. Meal replacement shakes like Slim Fast are just grim. Use MFP. Stop being in a rush and you'll thank yourself for it. I promise.
-
Err I have PCOS and am currently losing weight eating 1500 calories a day. I maintain around 2000.
-
Snort.
-
I'm getting the notification issue too. You aren't alone there!
-
Ooh thanks will bookmark that bad boy!
-
Thanks for quoting me. Alas you are preaching to the choir. I'm well aware of how PCOS works. :)

PCOS warrior here. Struggled with my weight since being 15. Always ate too much. Blamed my "condition" My condition did not make me fat. Me lifting food continuously to my mouth did that. I used to have a conversation in my head "Oh flip, I feel so fat today. Stupid body. Stupid PCOS" "Eat some food to make you feel…

If it's only 2 weeks then hey it's your body and it's yours to do with as you please. Long term though... I doubt 1200 calories for a woman would be great let alone a man. Good luck ;)

It's an "Advice" forum. Don't ask for it or comment in here if you don't expect a response. That's what your personal blog is for??? Or we could all pat him on his back and say "Yeah right on, good luck with your experiment!"
-
OP I think you perhaps need to lighten up and stop abusing the flagging system. Not cool.
-
I'm getting incredibly annoyed with the flagging system here. How is what I said AT ALL abusive???? I despair completely.
