I'll eat either. These days I'm not too worried about calories because I'm usually always under. I load egg whites up with spinach, tomatoes, garlic powder and I'll put in a serving of Cabot's 75% fat free cheese. I can usually keep my breakfast between 200-300 cals.

I'm addicted to the chobani coco loco yogurt. Its a treat for me and sometimes I have no time to have a meal so I'll grab one of those just to keep my metabolism fueled. It also satisfies my sweet tooth.

I'm a 45 yo mom of 2. Struggling with maintaining a healthy weight since my 20's. Lost 80lbs on my own since 2005. I've managed to keep it off until I gained 20 back after 2 surgeries. Back on track, looking to network and make new friends to do it together.

I eat fresh strawberries with fat free whipped topping. It satisfies my sweet craving and is refreshing especially on a hot day!

Learn nutrition portion size and stay focused even if you have a bad day. I lost 75 and im trying to lose my last 30. It was a lifestyle change that i began in 2005.

I had the same problem. My eliptical at home was painless but the one at the gym hurt. I asked my nutrionist why she said different machines position your body at different angles. Not sure if thats your problem. I would definitely go to your DR.

Congrats on your bundle of joy! I lost 75 lbs since my journey began back in 2005. Im struggling to lose my last 30 lbs to get to my goal. Stick with it. Dont get discouraged even though i know times its tough especially when that scale doesnt move!!!
