  • Pinterest has great ideas for the crock-pot, snacks for kids and a lot of other things too. I also been searching for different low calorie recipes, snacks and even sweets.(its one of my downfalls, I have a bad sweet tooth). But taste of home has good ones for the crock pot too.   • Im in the same situation just started last Wednesday and I feel like im always hungry. Trying to curve my appetite by drinking water, but that only helps so much. trying to get in has much protein during the day, but Im always getting half portions for I always caught eating by my kids and end up sharing.

  • New at this, been at it for about a week now. Theres Power in Numbers. Im a mother of 2 lil girls 5 and 2 1/2. Been trying to get in some exercise, but they have been making really hard during the day and at nite just too tired to do anything. This is the year I do something for me and my kiddos :)
